Thank you for your submission. I will write above each image my comments:

General comments:

Black and white photography is a powerful tool to send a message. It is a strong visual aid and very artistic if used properly. It is not enough just to have a photo with reduced saturation to classify it “Black and White Photography”. In your case I can recognize the artisitc intent and I have no issue believing your artistic approach.

The hats:

Easy to see the subject and relationship between the random person holding the hat on the head looking to the other hats. I can see the intent creating a dialogue. I believe the personality of the one hat looses itself among the other and there is no hierarchy. Also shadows of other people on the pavement is a distraction from the main content: HATS. I would probably have the one hat larger in the picture and create an opposition, separated by the line of the table.  I would have the one hat on the other side of the table line and make it bigger.

I like the subject, but changing the perspective would help. Image has content and composition, but not powerful enough.

Hidden women on the steps

Nice perspective, repetition which are a good subject in itself. You show dialogue between steps and pavement, supported by the rhythm of the building elements, and also introduce the lady legs with rubbish empty paper cup which disturbs the image. What is the subject of the image again?  I would like the image without the legs and the cup, or show the legs only on steps, with no pavement. Too many elements

Man in a rush

This image below is confusing and I am not sure what is the story. To me, it looks like a rushing man scared by the shadow. Shadow is heavy and breaks the balance as a high contrast. as a subject it is not the best and the most interesting. What did you want to tell us? or is just a random picture testing the camera?

Identifying the subject is easy but that is about it.

I believe there is a good intent behind, but you need better subjects. Is it your intent to show cropped people on purpose?

Your images are not clean.  there are elements that make their way into the pictures and they are not helping the subjects or the composition

Your the photos are artistic and good enough to initiate photography discussion. I can sense photographic skills but I can see also potential for improvement.

I would like this assessment to be a dialog rather than me throwing opinions at you, so any any feedback from you is welcomed.
